Way Library, in cooperation with the League of Women Voters of the Perrysburg Area (LWVPA), welcomed Dr. Dale Lanigan of Lourdes University. Dr. Lanigan, Chairperson of the Department of Sociology and Justice Studies gave a lecture entitled “Immigration: History, Legislation, Concerns, and the Future”. In his talk, Dr. Lanigan discussed the history of immigration policy, the current state of immigration in the United States, and the debate over the immigration bill.
