Perrysburg native and internationally known historian/author Douglas Brinkley spoke at Way Library.

Dr. Brinkley, prolific author and TV commentator who also serves as professor of history and fellow at the James Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University, spoke about the opening of the War of 1812 (200 years ago on June 18, 1812) the historical significance of our region, and about his new book, a biography of Walter Cronkite.
