Veggie U, which is dedicated to changing children's eating habits, one classroom at a time, is a nonprofit organization of the Culinary Vegetable Institute based in Milan, Ohio, and is located near Chef's Garden, a small farm in Huron where the Jones family farm has evolved from growing basic commodity crops to growing herbs, micro greens, and heirloom and specialty vegetables using sustainable agricultural practices.
