The Gary R. Hess Lecture in Policy History was on, "The Paradox of Wilsonianism: World War I and American Internationalism."

One of the nation’s leading scholars of Woodrow Wilson, Lloyd E. Ambrosius is Emeritus Professor of History at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His lecture commemorates the centennial of America’s entry into World War I.

The lecture was held at Bowling Green State University.
