Water Water Everywhere

How can a city in a state surrounded by four Great Lakes have a water crisis? How can it happen in Toledo, located in the largest watershed of the Great Lakes? What role does the "human factor" play in these and other crises impacting our water supply? Marya Czech spoke on the water crisis. She is a regional environmentalist.
