Financially Down But Not Out

 The Northwest Ohio Teen Book Festival created an opportunity for teens from Northwest Ohio and the surrounding area to meet their favorite authors and discover new authors.

Jean Daigneau, Kathy Cannon Weichman spoke on being financially down but not out. The event was held at Rossford Junior/Senior High School.
