Frank P. Stiles, Chief Investigator for the Lucas County Prosecuting Attorney's office discussed his experiences as lead detective on the case that led to his book "Evil Brothers."
Stiles’ book recounts the murderous 1980s crime spree committed in Toledo and Lucas County by brothers Anthony and Nathaniel Cook. Stiles is the detective who worked the case leading to the brothers’ arrests. Today, Stiles works as the Chief Investigator in the office of Lucas County Prosecuting Attorney Julia R. Bates.
