Bill Gill worked on two major railroads and served on the Boards of the Ohio Association of Railroad Passengers, Northwest Ohio Passenger Rail Association (NOPRA), and the Rail Users Network. He was joined by Tim Porter, Chair of NOPRA. They spoke on Toledo’s passenger trains.
